    Our client is looking for a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage their registration strategy for key products and ensuring the regulatory approval of commercially successful pharmaceutical products in Switzerland.




    • As a manager you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of regulatory submissions and registrations
    • Assigned product maintenance and lifecycle management submissions in line with legal / regulatory requirements and business needs
    • Supporting clinical trials strategy as required
    • Represent the Regulatory department throughout product development
    • Planning, preparation and submission support for clinical trial applications, scientific advice procedures and investigation plans
    • For already marketed products, manage variations, renewal documents, marketing commitment submissions, Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR) and other ad hoc activities 



    • Relevant education
    • BSc minimum with 7+ years regulatory experience within Pharmaceuticals or Biotechnology
    • Prior management experience a big plus – working in a multicultural environment
    • Fluent in German, French and English

    • Contract drafting (mainly customer and supplier contracts), their negotiation according to company guidelines as well as the identification, management and prevention of contract risks
    • Advice on the internal guidelines and procedures
    • Legal advice in proceedings concerning customers, suppliers, competitors and labour law matters

    Your profile:
