    One of our multinational clients in Thurgau is looking for a strong Legal Counsel to join their team at the European HQ working in a manufacturing environment, however past industry experience is not important, strong Contract Management experience would be.


    • Contract drafting (mainly customer and supplier contracts), their negotiation according to company guidelines as well as the identification, management and prevention of contract risks
    • Advice on the internal guidelines and procedures
    • Legal advice in proceedings concerning customers, suppliers, competitors and labour law matters
    • Legal support in the creation of international legal entities
    • Contact person for the legal affairs of internal departments like Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering etc.

    Your profile:

    • University degree in law, lawyer's certificate, experience in a legal service of an international company or a law firm with a corresponding field of activity
    • 5+ years experience in contract management, subcontract management, customer relationship management and contract risk management
    • Sound knowledge of contract terms and trade clauses at international level and in industry
    • Familiarity with commercial papers: Bank guarantees, credit papers or similar
    • Very good experience in negotiations and excellent negotiation skills as well as stylistically versed in the contract
    • German and English fluent
    • Strong analytical and communication skills as well as motivation and team spirit
